Anxiety, low self-esteem, relationship problems, and burnout can be very overwhelming and make you feel alone and exhausted. My clients often come to therapy looking for relief from the emotional and physical effects of these stressors that impact their relationships and well being. In therapy, together we can work to strengthen your coping skills, set and maintain healthy boundaries, gain insight and alter patterns that are no longer working for you, build more satisfying relationships, and improve your confidence and trust in yourself. My approach to therapy is relational, as I will provide a nonjudgmental, warm, and compassionate space for us to work together. I will try to help you feel as comfortable as possible when talking about parts of your life that may be difficult or painful. I look forward to supporting you through your unique challenges to help you find healing and peace.

I believe the relationship between client and therapist is what is most important in the therapeutic process. Feeling safe and comfortable is what will allow you to challenge yourself to be vulnerable. Building trust together is what makes the works we will do transformative. My 19 years of work experience thus far has prepared me in various ways to be a support to others. Most recently, I have worked directly with the college student population at a local university. My efforts with college-age students have reminded me just how difficult the transition between high school and the world, between youth and adulthood, can be. Navigating those decisions, molding a new identity, and learning about responsibility: these challenges require empathy and encouragement. My focus is a time limited therapy—understanding the root of the issues occurring and offering tools and support to ultimately make myself obsolete. I work out of an emotion focused lens, offering EMDR to manage and treat those destructive, rooted themes that arise in one’s life. I believe in the work I do. I believe change is possible because I have seen it, and I have lived it. There is nothing more exciting for me than to witness another’s curative process. Congratulations on taking this step towards joy and serenity, towards a more conscious, self-assured way of living.
I specialize in working with young adults navigating anxiety/depression, grief, family of origin issues, relationship stress, trauma (old and new) and self confidence concerns. I am certified in Mental Health Integrative Practices and lean towards the most holistic, natural methods of healing and wellness. I tailor my approach to each individuals' needs and consider the entire person (mind, body, spirit, energy, etc.). Every person has the incredible ability to change, grow, and heal and sometimes it's easier to do that with someone's support and perspective. If you're ready to grow in your self-awareness and develop behaviors that serve you positively in your life, reach out and let's get started!

My approach is collaborative, compassionate, and empowering. I support college students as they navigate life transitions, build self-awareness, and discover their strengths. I believe healing and growth begin with genuine connection—one built on trust, empathy, and mutual respect. In our work together, I create a safe, inclusive space where you can explore challenges such as stress, anxiety, academic pressure, identity, relationships, and life direction. I honor neurodiversity and use a strengths-based, solution-focused approach that helps you tap into your own insight and resilience. You deserve to feel better. We are a group of licensed mental health professionals who provide holistic trauma therapy, rooted in the awareness that trauma affects your body, and your body affects your mental health. We empower our clients to live well by treating the whole person. Our therapists are professionally trained in EMDR, DBT, Gottman, Parts Work, and Mindfulness, and we all use an integrative, somatic approach to trauma therapy.
At some point along the journey, our stories demand to be told. Whether through painful emotional and physical symptoms, relationship struggles, or other interruptive experiences, our lives catch up to us. They ask for our attention. Therapy is a place where, together, we can pay closer attention to your story and the person you are becoming. We are all always in process. I believe that we can experience true healing in a human encounter, and I strive to deeply listen to my clients, bringing curiosity and attention to the parts of you that may have gone unnoticed. Approach to Therapy My counseling approach is rooted in relational psychodynamic therapy, which focuses on patterns and themes from early childhood and how they show up in your life today. This approach also emphasizes the relationship between the therapist and client as a vehicle for healing and change. It’s important to find someone you feel comfortable with, and it may take you some time to discern the right fit. I respect the vulnerability and bravery required to step into this work, and aim to meet you with humility, curiosity, and a responsible awareness of my own intersecting identities. Each person brings unique concerns and needs, and I am committed to ongoing research and training to provide the best care I can. I draw from a variety of approaches, including attachment-based therapy, family systems work, liberation psychology, Internal Family Systems (informed, not certified), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), and Narrative-Focused Trauma Therapy. Background: I have worked with at-risk youth, college students, and folks from all walks of life in outpatient and community mental health settings. I hold a Bachelor’s degree in Music and Theater, and a Master’s in Counseling Psychology with a Concentration in Trauma and Abuse from the Seattle School (2023). Outside of therapy, I enjoy lots of things, including yoga, performing arts, poetry, and being outside!
My primary focus is providing honest communication with patients and quality resources for all those involved.
Autism? Trauma? Feeling overwhelmed, misunderstood, or like your nervous system is always “on”? You don’t need to know exactly what’s happening — or have the right words — to start therapy. I’m a warm, down-to-earth therapist who blends humor, curiosity, and evidence-based care to support adults navigating Autism, Trauma, Anxiety, Depression, emotional overwhelm, life transitions, and relationship stress. I most often work with autistic adults (late-diagnosed or self-identified) and people impacted by chronic stress or trauma, using EMDR, IFS, and other neurodiversity-affirming approaches. I offer a range of therapeutic modalities to suit your specific needs. Whether we're reshaping thoughts, nurturing emotional strength, or exploring a series of alternative methods, I'll customize sessions for your growth and well-being. It's truly an honor to be by your side as we navigate the diverse path of life. I am here to help!
