I focus first on building a therapeutic foundation of safety, trust, teamwork and connection, knowing that without a good fit, therapy doesn't work. We will work together to find the right techniques and approaches that fit you and your situation best. This gives you personalized, strength-based, and holistic care where you get to be heard and express yourself, learn about (and work through) your issues, develop new skills, and create healthier habits in order to achieve better life balance and wellness.
