It can be extremely hard to navigate through life with all of the stressors we face on a daily basis. I have worked with clients with a wide range of concerns including anxiety, depression, relationship issues, and various challenges in college. It would be my great pleasure to work with you and to help you on your journey of growth and discovery.
I provide daytime virtual appointments and work with young adults who are struggling with anxiety and depression, and co-occurring, diagnoses. Most feel overwhelmed, stressed, or isolated. Many struggle with difficulties adjusting to college life. Some are navigating personal and familial expectations, some are far from home, are facing interpersonal challenges, financial concerns, or are caught up in the graduate grind. The pressures are mounting-even parking is stressful in Boston. There is a lot going on at the moment. You don’t have to navigate this alone. My goal is to welcome you to a warm, supportive space where you feel safe to be yourself and speak openly. Together, we’ll slow things down and take a look at what you’re going through. We'll build perspective, and identify manageable goals, and take steps towards meaningful changes that align with your values. My approach is collaborative, compassionate, and tailored to you. I draw from evidence-based practices to help you manage emotions, handle challenges, and be more confident in your daily life. I'm accepting new clients and I offer a free brief consultation so we can get to know each other a little bit. I can be reached through email, or phone: (617) 214-1846, or on my website.
I work primarily with those suffering from chronic illness. Difficult to treat medical conditions such as fibromyalgia, chronic fatigue syndrome, chronic Lyme disease, multiple sclerosis, Lupus, etc. are often poorly understood, and it can be very difficult for patients to find the help and support they need. I teach my clients tools for coping with and managing every day life with these conditions, in addition to mind body medicine practices to help alleviate symptoms and to decrease stress. I have recently started offering Ketamine Assisted Psychotherapy as a way to cope with life stressors or trauma.
Life is all about relationships, whether it's with yourself, your partner(s), co-workers, family, or friends. Every interaction matters. How you react, communicate, and understand yourself, shapes the way you experience the world. No one really teaches us how to thrive in relationships. I offer a space where you can break out of old patterns, gain clarity, and make meaningful progress in your life and relationships. I work with individuals and couples who are motivated to do the work and embrace change. If you are ready to invest in yourself, I am currently accepting new clients via telehealth.

I enjoy working with college and graduate students and have had many students from the colleges in Boston and the surrounding areas. I assess and treat those struggling with symptoms of anxiety, depression, OCD, ADHD, relationship issues, social anxiety, and weight issues. My husband is a Taiwanese immigrant and as a mother of a biracial child I am familiar with acculturation and identity struggles. I've worked in multiple weight and pediatric/adolescent clinics and many of the Boston hospitals, as well as UMASS Medical Center Worcester, and often get the feedback that clients like that I'm specific with my feedback and suggestions and don't just nod my head. Well I know human behavior, you know you best, and working together I enjoy seeing my clients lives change and being a part of their growth.
Hi, I’m Lyla, a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner and the owner of Mindnest Health, a telehealth psychiatry practice serving Massachusetts. I know that reaching out for mental health support can feel overwhelming especially when you’re already trying to manage school, responsibilities, relationships, and everything else life throws at you. Many of the students I work with come in feeling anxious, burnt out, or just not like themselves anymore, and aren’t always sure where to start. My approach is to create a space where you can feel comfortable, heard, and supported without judgment. I focus on medication management for anxiety, depression, and trauma, and I work collaboratively with you (and your therapist, if you have one) to find a treatment plan that actually fits your life. You don’t have to have everything figured out before reaching out. If you’re feeling stuck or overwhelmed, I’m here to help you take that next step.

Hello, my name is Nancy Moniz, I am the Director and Founder of Elevate Life Solutions. I am a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker providing virtual therapeutic and coaching services in the State of Massachusetts. I have been practicing in the mental health field for over 20 years. I earned my Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from the University of Massachusetts and completed my Master’s Degree in Clinical Social Work from Boston College. I am trained in evidenced based treatment approaches including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Solution Focused Brief Therapy, and Motivational Interviewing. My specialty area is in working with college students who are coping with life and school adjustment issues, and who are furthering personal and career growth. I also work with individuals struggling with depression, anxiety, self-esteem issues, relationship issues, and grief & loss. As you know, college is an exciting time, but it is also can present with stressful pressures such as difficulties with academic participation due to an underlying mental health challenge, like ADHD or perfectionism. Or struggles with academic demands, financial stress, relationship challenges, or adjusting to a school environment. These stressors can lead to symptoms of stress or other common mental health conditions, such as anxiety or depression. Please email me or call/text if you’d be interested in working with me as a trusted therapist. Thank you for your consideration.
Hi, I'm Kate Lipman (she/her). I hope we get the chance to connect. People I work with best often struggle with self-esteem, anxiety, and depression (among many other things). I love working with students as they navigate the sometimes rough waters of schooling and early adulthood. I hope our work together can be a steadying and calming force in the midst of those previously turbulent seas. Please reach out to me for a free 15-30 min phone call to see if we are a good fit!
My style is direct, interactive, supportive and compassionate. I particularly enjoy working with older adolescents and adults who are experiencing difficult and challenging transitions in their lives. I have found that some people seek counseling for short term solutions, while others are seeking a longer, deeper, transformative experience. Some goals I have helped my patients achieve include: overcoming inhibitions about relationships or career, becoming better self-advocates, managing stressful life transitions, exercising more control over choices and actions, and mourning the loss of a loved one/significant relationship. I often use CBT, DBT, and ERP to help clients maximize functioning.
I specialize in working with clients who are experiencing a multitude of challenges, including anxiety, depression, mood disorders, disability/chronic illness, identity exploration, and challenges with self-esteem. This can include family/relationship issues, life transitions (including college/early adulthood), or identity formation. I specialize in working with neurodivergent individuals, especially women with ADHD. Supporting LGBTQ+ mental health from an intersectional lens is another focus. I also have an interest in working with clients who are exploring immigrant experience, family dynamics, and generational trauma. I previously worked in college counseling (at Wellesley College) and residential life (at Harvard College), so I'm well-attuned to the specific experiences and challenges of college student life! As a relational psychodynamic therapist, I believe that our experiences are shaped by our relationships with ourselves, other people, and the world at large. My work is informed by feminist, queer, disability, and critical race theory. I also integrate narrative therapy, which allows us to reimagine the stories we tell about ourselves and our lives. I am deeply attentive to how identity and marginalization can impact one's experiences and movement through the world. In my work, I strive for a trauma-informed, culturally-sensitive, and socially just practice. I meet clients with curiosity, warmth, and nuance to explore their experiences, relationships, and challenges. My goal is to co-create a welcoming and supportive space in which clients can tell/retell their stories, appreciate their strengths, and work towards their goals
We are a team of clinical social workers specializing in yoga/mindfulness, EMDR, and CBT. Our understanding is that in order to truly heal, we must honor our whole-body and mind working together. We support students as they navigate the unfamiliar and sometime daunting transition into adulthood and offer a warm, hopeful guide towards joy and purpose. Our virtual counseling services are available to individuals located in Massachusetts, New York, North Carolina, Vermont, Maine, Illinois, and California. We welcome you to get to know us, the services we offer, and reach out to schedule session.
