Hello, I’m Marsha Charlton, FNP-BC, PMHNP-BC, PMH-C (PSI), a board-certified Family and Psychiatric-Mental Health Nurse Practitioner. I am passionate about supporting college students as they navigate the unique challenges of academic life and personal growth. With extensive experience in both primary care and mental health, I provide comprehensive medication management and supportive psychotherapy tailored to the needs of young adults. I also hold advanced certification in Perinatal Mental Health (PMH-C) through Postpartum Support International. This credential reflects specialized training in the assessment and treatment of mental health conditions during pregnancy and the postpartum period, including mood and anxiety disorders, trauma-related concerns, and adjustment challenges. In my practice, I integrate this expertise through evidence-based screening, thoughtful medication management during pregnancy and lactation, and psychotherapy approaches designed to support individuals during the transition to parenthood. My approach is collaborative, compassionate, and evidence-based. I strive to create a safe, nonjudgmental space where patients feel heard, supported, and empowered to achieve their mental health goals.

Hello, I’m Alison. I help young adults who are overwhelmed, hopeless or anxious feel more in control and able to manage life's stressors and challenges. Some of the issues young adults have come to see me for include: relationship concerns, feelings of being overwhelmed, struggling to adapt to college or missing home, body image issues, life transitions, questions about gender/sexuality, and personal and family trauma. Trauma can include many things, such as relationship abuse, childhood abuse, illness, death, discrimination, and adoption issues. Using talk and somatic (body-oriented) therapy, as well as the expressive arts, I help clients connect to themselves and access resources to help them feel more at peace and in control of their lives. You will find me to be authentic, caring, and a dedicated support on your journey to healing. I bring compassion, mindfulness, and creativity to my work and consider it an honor to work with my clients. As a lifelong traveler who has lived in many places, I enjoy and value working with people from all walks of life. I look forward to meeting you.

I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker trained in diverse treatment modalities, including psychotherapy, trauma-focused cognitive behavioral therapy, and cognitive behavioral therapy - suicide prevention. I use several skills and client collaboration to tailor treatment. Welcome. My name is Kate, and I offer psychodynamically oriented, trauma-informed, compassionate, and affirming therapy to folks of all kinds. I work with people across the lifespan, many of whom identify as queer and/or neurodivergent and are trying to make sense of a world that can feel overwhelming. Some are living with long-term stress, trauma, anxiety, or depression, while others are seeking support with life transitions, relationships, or family dynamics. I also offer clinical supervision. Clients often value working with me when they feel ready to explore their inner world more deeply—to better understand the hopes and fears beneath relational and behavioral patterns that increase suffering. I also regularly offer skills-based techniques, drawing from DBT, to help with in-the-moment management of distress and emotional overwhelm. I believe that a strong therapeutic relationship is fundamental to a successful experience. My hope is to provide every client with a safe, supportive space to explore, learn more about themselves, feel truly seen, heard and accepted, build new skills, grow, and reconnect with who they really are. I look forward to connecting with you.

Most of the clients that I work with are navigating OCD, anxiety, trauma, stress, and/or depression. I am a trained OCD specialist and a member of the International OCD Foundation (IOCDF). Life as a college student is supposed to be great, but at the end of the day it can really suck. Exams, studying, roommates, relationships, missing home - these are all things that can drive us crazy, not to mention any depression or anxiety that might have been hanging around before. And if you’re dealing with sexuality or gender identity issues, it can really feel difficult. If you’ve made it this far you’ve taken an awesome step towards figuring stuff out. It’s not easy to do, and therapy really can help with the right fit. Whether it’s LGBTQIA+ issues, dealing with a less than ideal roommate, or just figuring out what you want to do with your life, I’ve been there and want to help you through it too.
You know something needs to change. You're tired of the way you've been feeling. Maybe you're struggling to identify what would help, or you already know what to do, but can't seem to find the motivation to follow through. Maybe you can imagine just what you want for yourself, but you get stuck when it comes to making changes you can stick with, leaving you frustrated, embarrassed, or disheartened. I'm here to help you identify what's working in your life and enhance it, and to find what isn’t working so you can determine, with clarity and kindness, what you want to change and how to develop the life you really want.
Ever feel like you're navigating through a fog when it comes to understanding your emotions, needs, or desires? Imagine a life where you truly connect with yourself and those around you, where past traumas become stepping stones to a brighter future. At Inclusive Therapy and Consulting Services LLC, we don't just offer therapy — we open doors to a transformative experience. Specializing in supporting the LGBTQ+ community, individuals living with HIV, and their allies, our mission is to bring you world-class psychotherapy that's not just compassionate but deeply tailored to your unique journey. Because everyone deserves a space where they're not just heard, but truly understood. I completed my Master's in Social Work from Columbia University, New York, in 2010. During my tenure in New York, I furthered my training with the Institute for Contemporary Psychotherapy, emphasizing care for LGBTQ+ outpatient adults. Over the past twelve years, I've had the honor of working with a myriad of individuals and couples representing all gender expressions, sexual orientations, and diverse relationship configurations, including polyamory, consensual non-monogamy, kink, and BDSM. Before establishing my private practice, I dedicated four years as the Director of Behavioral Health, specializing in mental health care for those living with HIV/AIDS. I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) and psychotherapist, with over a decade of specialized clinical experience. As a queer-identified, trauma-informed, and sex-positive professional, my expertise lies in supporting individuals living with HIV, addressing substance use disorders, and working with a broad spectrum of relationship dynamics. I also offer dedicated services in sex therapy, as well as therapeutic interventions for trauma, anxiety, mood, and adjustment disorders. My therapeutic methodology is eclectic, integrating Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Mindfulness, Solution-Focused Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, Relational Therapy, and more. At the heart of my practice is the conviction that everyone has the right to lead an open, secure, and fulfilling life. Establishing wholesome relationships with oneself and with others is instrumental in embracing our most genuine selves.
I value collaboration, trust, and mutual respect in the therapeutic relationship. Rather than positioning myself as the expert on your life, I help you engage your strengths and inner wisdom in the healing process. I take a holistic approach to wellness, honoring the mind, body, and spirit, while acknowledging the impact of societal and systemic forces on mental health. I create an affirming, intentional, and safe space for you to explore how your identities, values, past experiences, and fears shape your challenges. My practice integrates cognitive-behavioral theory (CBT), mindfulness, and mind-body practices, fostering deeper awareness of your thoughts, emotions, and behaviors. Rooted in a humanistic approach, I deeply believe in your wholeness and potential and help you reconnect with personal strength and clarity.
It takes courage to seek help, and the rewards of doing so can lead to a lifetime of fulfillment. I understand and have experienced the emotional challenges life has to offer. In working together, we will cultivate growth by understanding the obstacles that you face and develop solutions that can help you gain control of your life and achieve your goals. Ultimately, therapy can lead you to greater self-awareness, self-esteem, and most importantly, a more fulfilling life. I have expertise working with clients who seek help for depression, anxiety, life transition, coping, divorce, family discord, postpartum, baby blues, and much more. Please reach out, and let me support you during your hard times.
