Healing is deeply personal, and having the right support can make all the difference. As a licensed therapist with three years of experience, I’m dedicated to helping people across the lifespan navigate anxiety, depression, trauma, burnout, relationship challenges, and the emotional weight that can accumulate over time. Whether you're working through a painful experience, building more confidence in yourself, or simply looking for steadier ground, you'll find a space here that is empathetic, honest, and completely free of judgment. Therapy works best when it feels like a genuine human connection grounded in compassion and respect, and that's exactly what you can expect with me. My goal is to be a steady, supportive presence you feel genuinely comfortable with as you work toward healing, confidence, and personal growth that feel meaningful and lasting. Together, we'll create a supportive, down-to-earth space where you feel heard, understood, and never judged. My approach is warm, collaborative, and flexible, ensuring your healing environment is always tailored to your unique needs, goals, and lived experience. Drawing on evidence-based treatments, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and EMDR, we'll build healthy coping skills, process difficult experiences, and support your overall emotional well-being to create positive change. Trauma-informed care is central to how I work, and empowering you throughout your healing journey is something I am genuinely passionate about. You set the direction; I'll help you find the way forward. My path to becoming a therapist was shaped by my own experience in therapy and the profound impact of having people truly in my corner during some of the most difficult seasons of my life. Those relationships stayed with me, and they continue to shape how I show up for every person I work with. This foundation deepened my commitment to care that is compassionate, trauma-informed, and centered on each person’s experience. In every session, I bring empathy, honesty, and genuine respect for the process, with the intention of creating a space where you feel safe enough to be real, supported as you are, and encouraged in your own healing. Outside of the therapy room, I find restoration in nature, whether that's going for walks, hiking, biking, or simply being outdoors to unplug and reset. Traveling and exploring new places brings me a lot of joy, as does unhurried time with family and friends. When I'm winding down at the end of the day, you'll likely find me working on a puzzle while listening to a podcast, a simple combination that helps me slow down and recharge.

Are you feeling overwhelmed by academic pressures, going through a painful break-up, or struggling with making new friends or fitting in? Is FOMO taking over and making it difficult to commit or to be present with whatever you are doing? Is social media making you feel inadequate? Maybe your college experience thus far has been different or disappointing from what you had hoped it would be. I specialize in working with the college student population. I have considerable experience working with your age group, both in my private practice and, previously, at CU’s counseling center. My approach focuses on relieving and repairing core personal issues through the exploration of ways your past experiences are impacting your current relationships and behavior; by helping you understand your inner thought processes; and by learning new and effective ways of making positive changes. My primary goal is to help you achieve your full potential so that your college or graduate experience is one that is fulfilling and meaningful. You may feel stuck, but things can change…. there is hope! Please call, email or schedudle an appointment directly on my website.

My passion is helping others to manage their stress, anxiety, and depression. I help adults and teens achieve balance and flow in their life through therapy and mindfulness training. I believe in working with people from where they are in life. Each one of us intuitively knows what we need in order to work through life's struggles. Through mindfulness, self-inquiry, being outdoors, and moving our bodies, I can help you to find more peace and stillness in a time of stress and intensity. Believing that you already have everything you need to get through the difficult times in your life is essential. Offerings: Multi-Modality Coaching & Talk Therapy Using different modalities (CBT, mindfulness therapy, coaching) I facilitate a deeper sense of self-awareness and understanding, enabling you to get unstuck, find a deeper sense of peace, and reach your peak performance. Movement-Based Nature Therapy We will move together outside and connect in a therapeutic relationship. Movement stimulates the brain, enabling parts of yourself to come out that wouldn’t necessarily arise in a typical therapeutic setting.

Do uncertainties of life scare you or do you feel like you need to control your environment to feel safe. You are not alone. Through my ability to read between the lines, I can see you and help you better understand yourself. In many ways, it's a hard time to be a human being. Feelings of isolation, depression, anxiety, and directionlessness are all exceedingly common in our culture. Most of us are connected with very few people who can be role models and lead by example. Therapy can be a powerful force of change in your life if you are willing to look inside deeply and address what isn't working for you. Having a therapist who can guide this process for you is a gift. If you know the way you are showing up is not working for you, that's a great place to start therapy from. I am passionate about working with neurodivergence, relationship issues, spirituality, men's issues, and personal growth. I blend a warm presence with a direct, straight-up style of communication that helps you access what is going on inside of you and feel supported there. My approach blends Gestalt, IFS, mindfulness, humor, and radical self-responsibility. I would love to hear from you about what you are looking to get out of therapy. Call, text, or email to schedule a consultation call :)

I am an ANCC board certified nurse practitioner specializing in the identification, treatment, and management of psychological disorders. I received both my masters and doctoral degree from Vanderbilt University in Nashville, Tennessee. I am certified across the lifespan but specialize in treating adolescents and adults with a variety of mental health conditions. My work history includes not only medication management in both inpatient and outpatient settings, but also psychotherapy with an emphasis on Dialectical Behavioral Therapy and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy. I have written several book chapters and journal articles that have been published in literature directed towards primary care providers. Collaborating and coordinating patient care amongst all care providers is something that I have always integrated into my practice as it is very important in guiding successful and holistic outcomes. It is my goal to provide patient centered care in a way in which each patient feels heard, validated, and an integral part of their own treatment.

My clients are smart, self-aware people who've been managing a lot on their own for a long time — and they're tired. They want to stop overthinking everything, feel more solid in their relationships, and figure out who they actually are underneath the performance. A lot of them are queer, neurodivergent, or both, and they're done explaining the basics to their therapist. They want someone direct, who notices patterns, and who won't let them stay comfortable when they're ready for something different. I'm a clinical psychologist. I work with attachment, identity, and the ways people get stuck trying to hold it all together. My style is warm but direct — I'll give you real feedback, not just nod and reflect. We use what works, and go at the pace your nervous system can handle. If you want an authentic therapist who's honest with you, helps you build skills that work outside the room, and actually tracks whether things are getting better — reach out. We'll figure out what matters and go from there.

I love to work with the inner critic (aka self-criticism), the inner child (aka reactivity), and trauma (big and small). Although college can be a time of excitement and exploration, it can also feel extreme and bring up feelings that can be challenging to sort out on our own. Having the right support can make all the difference. At In Bloom Psychotherapy we are here to support you on this journey exactly as you are, helping you find the tools and resources to provide some relief and a better understanding of yourself. Among other issues, we specialize in working with trauma, PTSD, anxiety, grief, relational issues, depression, college athletes, and outdoor enthusiasts. We incorporate body awareness and mindfulness into sessions because talk therapy alone may not be enough to shift old patterns and create new neural pathways in the brain. Some of our clinicians are trained in EMDR therapy and utilize approaches such as parts work, IFS, DBT, CBT, mindfulness and attachment theory. We know finding the right therapist can feel overwhelming and daunting. If something in this bio resonates with you, please reach out for a free twenty-minute phone consultation.

I believe in the power of real human connection. Everyone deserves to feel heard, understood, and valued exactly as they are. My style is warm, client-centered, and grounded in curiosity. Alongside open dialogue, I use evidence-based approaches like ACT and DBT to help you manage anxiety, build stronger coping tools, and navigate life’s curveballs. I work with adults (18+) facing big transitions: starting college, figuring out who you are, exploring relationships and sexuality (including LGBTQ+ identities), or feeling stuck between worlds. As a bisexual therapist and someone who’s moved across cultures, I get what it’s like to question where you belong or how to move forward. I also support clients dealing with health challenges, athletic injuries, sexual health, chronic illness, eating disorders, and body image concerns. Outside of therapy, you’ll find me adventuring in the mountains. I see therapy a lot like a tough hike: challenging, sometimes uncomfortable, but deeply rewarding. I’m honored to walk alongside you as you find your own path.
